      We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, nicely renovated and kitchen was well equipped.
      The Location was close to the beach and 5 minute drive to shops.
      The downstairs area needs fly screens installed as we couldn't open the windows and doors at night to prevent flies and mosquitos coming in and it was very hot.
      There is no air-conditioning upstairs which also is very warm during summer, although each room had a ceiling fan.
      My biggest disappointment was not having any linen included, I have never had to supply my own bed sheets and towels for a places similar to this and we paid a decent rate for the week.

      Booked for a family week away, and the stay at 13B King street was wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is great, a 5 min drive to anything you need. The property felt like a home away from home. Cooking in the beautiful kitchen was incredible. The property was very clean and very well maintained, with clear instructions for any appliances. Parking in onsite with a big driveway and single garage access. Will be looking to stay again at 13B King Street. Wonderful ove4rall experience..
