This lovely apartment features two bedrooms main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a single bed, built in robes and air conditioning in both bedrooms, bathroom with a shower & huge bath, separate toilet, fully equipped stylish kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, combined air conditioned lounge/dining area, in ground pool in the complex, 2 balconies with outdoor settings, one over looking the pool and canals and the other overlooking the lush landscaped gardens, perfect for that morning coffee or outdoor dining, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Security parking for one vehicle and plenty of street parking. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs.

Great way to spend a family holiday. Bring your boat as the complex has it's own private jetty.

The apartment is just a short walk to Stuart's Park sporting facilities that has bike tracks, tennis court's and a playground. Settlement City shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive away and the apartment is close by to cafes, restaurants, bowling alley, entertainment facilities and Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

Local attractions include beaches, beautiful coastal walks, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea Acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

    Beautiful location.
    The apartment was spacious,all amenities provided.
    A refurb though is needed to areas such as vertical blinds as many control cords broken.
    Also front lounge room window unable to close making room very cold in winter.
