  Apartment needed some work.
  There was mould on the ceiling in the main bedroom ceiling also on the wardrobe ceiling.
  A curtain was missing in the twin room, therefore the room was cold and bright at night!! Not good for the person sleeping in there.

  Clean and tidy unit with fabulous views of the ocean and plenty of dolphins. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. We stayed there during the nsw flooding in May and Taylee was very helpful in helping us extend our stay. We are already booked to return and definitely recommend.

  We have stayed in the same unit in the first week of the April school holidays for over 30years. We love spending time at Forster and as I am a teacher we look forward to really relaxing during our one week each year.
  The unit was good however this year curtains were missing in the 2nd bedroom making it very difficult to sleep in the room as the block next door has a flood light that turns on as night falls. I reported this to Wiseberry real estate - they said they would purchase a curtain, we offered to hang it up unfortunately we did not hear from them.
  I had to rig up a blanket that covered window so the room was ok to sleep in and even get changed in as the unit directly behind can see straight into the room.

  Disappointed with the presentation of the property that had obviously not been cleaned with the toilet not flushed, paper and hair on the bathroom floor, dirty shower and the furnishings were also dirty.
  Food was also left in the cupboards.

  My family have been coming to Forster every school holidays for around 32 years and absolutely love the position, the unit as well as the proximity to restaurants and shops. It has become a tradition with family friends who holiday at the same time in the unit at the other end of the same floor. Both of our families have booked again for 2025 as well as put a hold on 2026. The noise of the ocean, the fantastic weather allows us all to relax and unwind in comfort.
  This year we had a few alarms go off very late in the evening as well as early hours of the morning - this was alarming as no Fire Brigade attended. I called the Police they advised us to wait till the Fire Brigade arrived to give the all clear - they did not turn up at any of the incidents. This needs to be looked into as my family is on floor 6 and lifts are not to be used in a fire this is of great concern.

  A clean well presented apartment close to the beach. Comfortable bed, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware; working stove and microwave; good sized fridge; washing machine and dryer; comfortable lounge seating; good sized shower and mini deep bath.

  My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay in Oceanic Unit 17 at Forster. The apartment complex is in a fantastic location being right across the road from Forster beach. The views are amazing and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach sound wonderful. It’s great to be able to walk across the road for a swim or walk on the beach. The apartment complex is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

  We had 1 week in Forster and stayed at Oceanic 27. Handy to restaurants, cafes, shops and fishing. The beach is right in front and great walks to Tuncurry and surrounds. Only minus, is that linen wasn't provided and we brought our own. You can arrange linen service at additional cost, and this seems a common thing with rentals in this area. Also, there were building construction works going on, but we were fore-warned about that. Definitely would stay again :)
