  Highly recommend Oceanic 9. What a fantastic place to stay. Excellent location directly opposite beach and tidal pool and 5 minute walk to the Main Street, restaurants and lake. Excellent value for $$ during our Autumn holiday. It’s a very Clean tidy older style, spacious two bedroom apartment with everything you need, except for linen. We hired linen at a great price through the laundry mat recommend. They were fantastic to deal with too.
  Excellent building security. Booking, payment, key pick up was straight forward. Any enquires I made were answered straight away by friendly staff.
  We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins every day. And it has a clean swimming pool that was fantastic to swim in as well as the beach. We can’t wait to return next year 😊

  Great location right across from the main beach and only a couple of blocks to downtown restaurants and shopping. Very small but workable one person kitchen. Could use less carpet and more tile, especially as you come in the door to the unit. Had a few ants in the kitchen and bathroom that some ant killer we bought cleared up quickly. Good value for the cost. Beach was nice but it would be great if the town council would clean up the seaweed once in a while. On the plus side, the dolphins went by daily, sometimes very close in at the beach. We had a great time exploring the many beaches and heads within 30km north and south of Forster. Would definitely come back here if we make it back to Australia one day.

  It was a lovely location just across the road from the beach. That was our reason to stay there. We could walk everywhere as it was central.
  The property was clean and comfortable and just like the photos.
  The kitchen was small but clean and there were lots of utensils supplied. We didn’t cook at all so it didn’t matter to us.

  Great accomodation, great location. Love the secure lockup garage, the building has just been painted and looks fantastic.

  Our stay this year was disrupted a bit by the maintenance being done to the building. The scaffolding was obstructing our view from half of the balcony. We still managed to enjoy our stay but will be glad that next time we visit the work will be finished.

  Stayed at both unit 7 and unit 9 Oceanic. No issues with unit 9 Loved it. Unit 7 At 70 secure parking is essential. Parking for unit 7 is too difficult to access. BBQ and oven was filthy. Stove difficult to operate not even a teapot. Compared to unit 9 which I loved unit 7 is overpriced Survey below based on unit 7

  We find this apartment overlooking beach very convenient to everything although somewhat dated it is well-equipped and very comfortable. However we do not use the full size bath so if we were over 95kg we would find shower limited in size. Although the apartment is always spotless the carpet never looks over lean, however we

  Great location comfortable unit, but housekeeping/cleaning was not perfect.
  Bathroom had a lot of black hair on floor, dust all around top of floor /wall tiles, hanging in the laundry was a very dirty dust pan and brush.
  Yes stated bring your own linen sheets/towels but nothing about tea towel had to go and buy one.
  As I have been a housekeeping supervisor the housekeeping was very disappointing.
