    Modern contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave, spacious dining room & a comfortable lounge room overlooking the sun room onto the canals, ducted air conditioning throughout, large outdoor entertaining area overlooking the canals perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Triple lock up garage/breezeway ideal for launching the boat down into the canal to your own private jetty. There is 2 bicycles & 2 kayak's for guest use. FREE WIFI. LINEN INCLUDED.

      Very happy with the entire experience - house suited our needs perfectly and was spotless. Use of kayaks and bikes was an added but much appreciated bonus. The tranquility of the canals created a very relaxing ambience.
