Flynn's Beach is fully patrolled between September-April, which makes it perfect for that family holiday. Sandbox Cafe down on the beach is open daily for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or if your feeling energetic head either way along Port's beautiful coastal walks taking you all the way into town or in the other direction to Lighthouse Beach which has several vantage points along the way.

  Great location adjacent to the beach, with a great cafe at the surf club. Nearby Cafe, Pizza and Asian Restuarant with great food. Handy to town center. Fantastic Coastal Walk across the road north and south. View from the balcony each morning was a delight.
  Not so good is the traffic noise through the day but it was generally ok later in the evening and fine for sleeping. As we didn't spend much time in the unit through the day it wasn't a problem.
  A few minor niggles with the amenities, older not so smart TV and remote batteries going flat. Second and third bedroom bunk beds not the best for grown ups. Maybe one with a standard double bed would be better.
  I would be very happy to book again just for the convenience and location

  This was our 2nd stay at this property. We enjoyed ourselves just as much as the first. The unit was close to the beach as well as the town. It was clean & comfortable.
  The only problem we had was that the TV in the loungeroom didn't work. We changed the batteries in the remote but when it came on it said "no signal". It didn't bother us much as we don't watch a lot of TV but it might someone else. Other than that we had a wonderful stay

  Property as described. Convenient parking in garage.Well located across road from beach access and walking trails. Nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
  Only heating to property is one oil filled electric heater, sufficient if there are sunny days but not if cold nights or overcast days. If all bedrooms were being used it would not provide comfortable temperature throughout.

  We did not like this property, our third consecutive rental - we have been moving around while an insurance funded repair job is being done on our home and this one was for about 3 weeks after 7 weeks in 2 other accomodations.
  Funny bugs in the place. Very smell second bathroom (urine smell or sewer smell). Very old plasma (?) tv that could not receive all channels. No smart tv but the internet worked!

  We loved the location because of the closeness to local restaurants and beaches. It was well maintained & had everything we needed.
  The only thing at times was the traffic noise in the early morning as the townhouse is on the main road and the windows are quite thin.

  I had a wonderful time here but I really struggled with the traffic noise. Maybe heavier block out blinds and air conditioning may help to drown out the noise. The view was amazing but I would prefer a more restful sleep. Instructions and a booklet on how things work would have been extremely useful.
