    This spacious holiday house has it all. Fully self contained with 4 bedrooms, the main has a queen size bed, 2nd with a double bed, 3rd with 2 single beds & 4th with a single bunk bed. There is a huge room for the kids with its own bathroom, table tennis & plenty of games to keep them entertained. There is a combined lounge/dining room with ceiling fans & ducted air-conditioning throughout, kitchen with dishwasher & an internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer. The house boasts a great outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ looking out to the tropical gardens. There are 2 car spaces. This holiday house can comfortably accommodate 8 people, perfect for a combined family holiday.

    The house is situated at Lighthouse Beach, with two well known 18 hole golf courses, Emerald Downs & Port Macquarie both only minutes away. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach which is fully patrolled in the summer months. Local shops, clubs, cafes, restaurants and a tavern are found only a short distance from here with the town centre being a 10 minute drive away.

    Local attractions include beach, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

      We chose 1 Kelvin Grove as two families of four (2 adults and 2 children each), and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We needed a convenient location that wasn’t too far from the main attractions, but still allowed us to shop easily, do laundry, and relax—and this house ticked all the boxes.

      Despite some nearby roadworks, noise was minimal, and everything we needed was within easy walking or driving distance. Shops were just across the road, and there were great local cafés nearby—the local pastry shop is definitely worth a visit!

      The house had plenty of space, even with all eight of us, and we especially enjoyed using the table tennis table—it was a hit with both the kids and the adults.

      Highly recommend!

      It was a large home, great size for large family
      There was massive road construction at the front door, main road closed to access. Cleanliness was average, very dirty under couches, behind washing machine, door tracks. The house could do with an overall deep clean

      This property is located perfectly for beach,shops, and tavern. Unfortunately, the roadworks made walking to the pub awkward, but overall, it's still OK.
      The property itself is well equipped if very dated. It could really benefit from at least a deep clean, if not full redecoration.
      There is everything you need for a family holiday including a new tabletennis table.
      However the kitchen would benefit from a sort out of all the mismatched crockery.
      The beds although comfortable are ancient and again could do with updating.
      Overall if you are not bothered about aesthetics this is a great find.

      Wiseberry big and better then it looked in the photos. It was a great location a couple of blocks from the beach and around the corner from the tacking point Taven and shopping complex. We will definitely be back.
