  Cons: Could have used a dishwasher. Car park not suitable for anything larger than a mid-size SUV (Forester, RAV4) etc, parking very tight, definitely not for large vehicles or 4WDs. Parking in street packed, no real views to anywhere, surrounded by other buildings.
  
  Pros: Walking distance from CBD and town and main beaches, could hear the ocean roar at night. Secure locked garage with auto doors.

  Very spacious apartment with all advertised amenities in good working order. Could use a few more kitchen utensils, a doormat to exterior balcony and ranch slider needs a new track.
