  This apartment is all about location, 2 minutes walk to Flynn’s Beach and close to the Flynn’s beach shops. Cosy place to stay.

  Being a retired clearner, The unit was not up to standard to be rented out for the $$$ that was paid, Beds are hard as concrete Microwave didn't work,We had to clean some of the plates and cutlery we wanted to use before using them. Needs some repairs done,some new curtains that are clean/free of mould and can be open and closed properly. Bathroom could do with some work as well.
  Internet would be an advantage for the people staying in doors on rainy days.

  I really like staying in Flynn’s Beach , this apartment was just what we needed for our stay in Port Macquarie.
  Great coffee shop and some lovely restaurants nearby, post office and general store just around the corner.
  There is a few things that need attention, but nothing major.
  I love listening to the ocean while in bed at night, will definitely stay here again.

  The people at Wiseberry are fine, the property itself is very dated. The pool and surrounds are well kept. The kitchen floor has holes, the bathroom toilet needs a jiggle to flush properly, the shower doesn't drain well, the balcony screen door comes off its rails. There is carpet throughout and it has a bit of a smell.
  Pet peeve is that the kitchen cupboards were a mess. I'd want the plates to be kept together, glasses together. They were put willy nilly in all different cabinets.
  I actually started my stay by cleaning the kitchen cabinets inside and out and the window. You're welcome.

  Great price. You do get what you pay for and the room had a strong smoke smell, but overall, I am very happy and will stay here again on my next trip. Pool and gardens are well maintained, room has everything you need to clean up after yourself too.
