    Love the week at Port Macquarie each year in May. Location is close to everything, but the big standout is you can feel the pride the owners of the unit have.

    Clean and well appointed. Lots of great kitchen gadgets for home cooking but could do with a few more glasses.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the space and homeliness of our apartment. So nice to have 2 TVs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. It was great to have a private library of books to read and very convenient with the 2 bathrooms

    This property is located in a central spot for access to CBD and Town Beach.
    The lift allows easy access.
    The property is in a quiet location and is private and comfortable.
    It is well equipped with necessary items.
    Lock up undercover garage easily accessed and a bonus.
    There is an abundance of personal items in the property that could possibly be reduced, but over all a great property, in a great location for a family or two couples.

    Found it was not as clean as should be eg cups in cupboard needed bleaching bathrooms not clean (had to spray shower screen and floor with mould remover before we could use it ) mattress protector was falling apart, l feel it needs a good deep clean: we really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou .

    Great location central to shop and beach. We love that we can generally walk everywhere within 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from in town and well-equipped supermarkets.
    We stayed here 2 years ago, and whilst the apartment is well equipped and modern, we had noticed nothing had been updated in the last 2 years. The rental has gone up +$500 per week and for this sort of money we expect top quality furnishings. The bed mattresses were average and require updating, and one of the 2 showers leaked very badly and is in need of repair. I would also update the sofa as this is quite uncomfortable and as vinyl is quite sticky in hot weather. Having said all this, the apartment was generally well presented.
    The owner basically needs so spend about $5000 on furnishings and a bit of maintenance. If this was done, I would definitely recommend to others.

    Doubtful if the electric supply was safe. Extension leads plugged into extension leads all over the place. Property is let down as it has obviously been equipped by and for an owner so there is lots of useless equipment and a lack of simple things like adequate glasses and mugs. Generally clean but let down badly by one disgusting bedroom carpet which needs replacing. Fair rental price for a good edge of town location. A serious review of equipment, sorting out the electric points, updated and extended client information and one new carpet would turn this from merely adequate to an excellent rental property.

    Great unit, great spot, had everything we needed, wifi was superb, excellent lock up garage. Only downsides was the amount of power boards was extreme, cardboard boxes and plastic boxes under the beds. Shower caddy was rusty in ensuite, switch on white lamp on bed head in main bedroom was dirty. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work.

    Arrived in PM & picked up the keys at the designated spot. Everything went well & moved in hassle free. The only problem with the garage is that the space is small & manoeuvring in the basement is quite difficult. We left our car parked out the front of the units while we were there. Like so many others in the units. Unit is extremely well equiped. Better instructions could be left as we had troubles with the oven until we found the manual. Easy straight forward explanations would be great for the oven & cook top - some of us still use gas!!Overall a great stay & would book this unit again. Played golf at Emerald Downs - A lovely reasonably priced course.
