  Lovely unit with good a selection of kitchen equipment but it needs more plates etc as only 5 of each is rather frustrating! Great bedrooms, nice indoor lounge and charming outdoor area with a good bbq. Neatly presented and modern. Biggest disappointment was the main bedroom windows don’t close properly, so a sleep in is impossible with a day care opposite and all street noise (including mobile phone calls) coming straight into the bedroom.

  This unit has a great location but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. It was also very noisy in the upstairs bedrooms, it felt like the street was in the room.
  There was very little care with the presentation. Old sponges were provided were cleaning, cushions had been thrown on the couch, the rug on the floor was filthy which was not good for our crawling baby. The under stairs storage was a mess and the cleaning company left very little / no essentials to get us through the first day.
  Also be prepared to bring or hire your own linen as this is not provided.
  We were disappointed the property managers response to our concerns.

  This is a lovely modern townhouse that is well furnished. The beds were comfortable, well equipped, ducted aircon and having internet access was a great bonus. It is is a pretty good location in walking to a couple of playgrounds for the kids and walking tracks, Nice cafe just down the road and the beach only a very quick drive away.
  Only down side was the cleanliness of the house. It didn't not seem like it was cleaned before we arrived. The floors were clearly not vacuumed, found nail clippings on a bed side table, shower screens were very dirty etc. We had to give the place a vacuum, mop and quick clean.
  Only other way to improve this house would be darker blinds in the rooms, it was very bright in each room.
